✅ Color discrepancies (drastically different from what was ordered)
✅ Manufacturing defects (damaged fabric, incorrect sizing, missing items)
✅ Shipping damage (items damaged during transit)

- Review your concern within 24 hours of contact
- Request photos if applicable to assess the issue

What We Cannot Accept
Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products:
- Size exchanges (please check our sizing charts carefully!)
- Design changes after production begins
- Returns based on personal preference or buyer's remorse
- Items damaged by customer misuse or improper care
