  • Standard Processing: 3-5 business days
  • Rush Orders: Available upon request (additional fees apply)
  • Holiday Seasons: Processing may extend 1-2 additional days due to high demand

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $75!

Qualifying Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our craftsmanship! Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products that arrive with:

 Major printing defects (significantly blurred, missing, or incorrectly placed designs)
 Color discrepancies (drastically different from what was ordered)
 Manufacturing defects (damaged fabric, incorrect sizing, missing items)
 Shipping damage (items damaged during transit)

Our Quality Review Process

Each return request is evaluated individually based on the specific circumstances. Our quality team will:

  1. Review your concern within 24 hours of contact
  2. Request photos if applicable to assess the issue
  3. Determine eligibility based on our defect criteria
  4. Offer appropriate resolution (replacement or refund)

What We Cannot Accept

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products:

  • Size exchanges (please check our sizing charts carefully!)
  • Design changes after production begins
  • Returns based on personal preference or buyer's remorse
  • Items damaged by customer misuse or improper care
